WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

REFUND & EXCHANGE

If you change your mind and would like to exchange for another product, the following conditions apply;

1. The item must be returned to the head offices of Only Bali, at the cost of the purchasing entity.

2. You may return your items for a refund or exchange of the merchandise value. Returns for furniture items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. OneWorld head offices must be informed within 7 days of receiving the item, and provided details of the courier and returned item.

4. Customer details including full name, order number, and product information must be provided.

5. The item must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition. Any damages that occur in transit will be worn by the purchasing entity, and you will not be entitled to a full refund of the item. Damages will be as per the judgement of Only Bali warehouse managers, and discounted in accordance with the extent of those damages.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If an item is damaged upon arrival, the following conditions must be met;

1. The claim is received by the head offices of Only Bali within 7 days of receipt of goods.

2. The customer details are provided, including;

Product detail, including item code and purchase price

A contact name and number that links you to the Invoice

Images of the damages to the item(s)

A brief description of the problems experienced with the item(s)

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is discovered to be faulty, we will replace the item at no cost, or fully refund you for the purchase price of the item, given that we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item. For faulty items discovered outside of the 7-day claim period, please refer to the warranty conditions below.

Please note, due our extensive handmade product range, we have large variations in the composition and fragility amongst our items, so we cannot guarantee claims on all items outside our return period. For this reason, we ask that you please check all items on the date of receipt of the goods, in order to avoid any discrepancies that may occur as a result of a third party (eg. courier mishandling).

WARRANTY

OneWorld will only be liable to honour a warranty of our products if:

The defect existed at the time of delivery and manifested during the warranty period detailed below for the product;

1. The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse by the customer;

2. The product under this claim has been used for the purpose intended and in a domestic environment only.

3. (Unless the latter requirement is waived by Only Bali in writing); i.e. commercial use will not be covered under this warranty;

4. The customer duly complied with the care instructions and maintenance referred to included with the product upon receipt;

5. The product is assembled by Only Bali or by the customer in accordance with the suppliers’ specifications and instructions. If instructions were not received they must be requested.

In addition to our 7-day returns policy, please note the warranty periods for the below categories;

Pre loved items no warranty

The warranty period begins from the date of invoice, and covers any defect in materials or manufacture during the specified warranty period. Only Bali will repair or replace defective product, or components of the product, should any issues be encountered. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of the item through use, or damaged caused by incorrect assembly of the product.

LAMPS

The warranty covers fault of the wiring components and manufacturing structure. Only Bali does not cover tarnishing of lamps where the purchaser has used chemical agents to clean the product, as harsh cleaning products will accelerate any natural tarnishing and void the warranty as stated above. For this reason, please ensure you use only a soft dust cloth to clean the lamp, adding a little water if necessary.

FURNITURE

The warranty covers manufacturing faults of the internal structure and stitching of upholstered furniture, and the structural integrity of all other furniture. The warranty does not cover wear through use, including;

Fading caused by excessive exposure to sunlight

Damage, pulls, or stains caused by impact or accident

CLOCKS

The warranty covers fault with the mechanism, including movement of the hands and time keeping. The warranty does not cover damages that occur through use, including dents, chips, and scratched or broken paintwork/glass.

Please note, the warranty does not cover loss or theft of product, or damage incurred as a result of natural disasters. To claim for your warranty, please follow the necessary conditions required for a credit, stating ‘warranty claim’ and the invoice number in the headline.

ALL SMALL DELIVERY ITEMS ARE SENT OUT VIA GENERAL COURIER

We calculate each delivery based on your location and we offer you a fast courier service nationwide with tracking service.

You will receive an email with tracking details once the items leaves our warehouse.

Orders will normally arrive within 3 – 7 days depending on location.

LARGER FURNITURE ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED USING OUR WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

If you need to change some of the information on your order, drop us a line straightaway.

CONTACT US

Furniture can be a little more tricky but we have a special service to get your pieces to you in good condition.

This service can take a little longer to arrange so please allow up to 10 – 21 days depending on your area to get large items delivered.

Please specify if there are any difficulties at the destination for our drivers as there may be extra charges for stairs or difficult deliveries.

The drivers cannot assemble furniture unfortunately and in most cases will not remove packaging.

Who we share your personal information with

OneWorld will only share your personal information with the following people:

Our Suppliers – in cases where the supplier will ship goods to you directly, we will give them your details so that delivery can be arranged.

Our Couriers – these guys need your contact details to make sure everything goes smoothly with your delivery.

Our billing partners – we need to share your payment details with these people to make sure that your order is paid for and processed without any hitches.

Police or Federal authorities – in the event of fraud, or if any of our employees are threatened, we will report these incidents to the authorities. We can also be obliged by the authorities to provide them with your personal details.

Security Information

When you enter sensitive information (for example: your name, email address, credit card numbers) on a form on our site we encrypt that information with 128 Bit SSL encryption. 128 Bit SSL encryption is the industry standard encryption technology. The easiest way to tell if the information you’re entering is secure is to look at the address bar in your browser. If the URL starts with https:// then you’re on a secure page.
